Matthew Lockaby practices in Reminger Co., LPA's Lexington, Louisville, and Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky offices. He defends insurers against extra-contractual ("bad faith") claims and general casualty lawsuits. He also defends trucking companies and their insurers in matters both routine and catastrophic. Matthew also has significant experience defending employers in state and federal courts and state administrative agencies in connection with a wide variety of workplace issues, including discrimination and retaliation claims arising under whistleblower statutes, Title VII, FMLA, and ADA.
Matthew's broad background also includes experience with a wide variety of commercial litigation on behalf of banks and other financial institutions.
